Refund policy
We guarantee all of our products and services. If you are unhappy with anything you have purchased from us, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can correct the mistake. In the event that we can not fix or replace the error, we will provide a full refund. Requirements for a refund are:
1. Submit your request via email to: ramblinblooms@gmail.com
2. We are notified within 4 days of a problem with your order for fresh flowers, 30 days for any non-perishable product.
3. You provide a picture of the product you received with your request for a replacement or refund.
